Can't login via desktop client

my sync was thowing many sync failure errors this morning. checked access on browser ok, so tried re-logging on on the desktop but now that won’t log on.
getting ‘Connection error :cannot sign in to the icedrive cloud. Forgot password?’'. and i’m definitely using the right password as it works on the browser interface, before you ask.
anyone else of just me pls?

never mind, seems to be working now …

well i say working, i mean logging on. it’s uselessly failed to recognize the files created when the problem existed. iD have continually failed to acknowledge that a way to reconcile or re-drive any defined sync is needed… not sure why i continue to use this product …

had to delete sync pair and recreate for it to pickup the missing files, what a pita

bgr its gone again, now getting ‘creating remote folder failed: {foldername}: no response from server’ messages…

bounced desktop client = ‘Offline mode enabled’ bgger off (i’m para-phrasing there …) and a load of response code : 403 in the log

thank you for finally responding but sadly i don’t see any benefit.

my post One way sync with do not delete option set is deleting files never had a response from yourselves and now someone else has confirmed they see this issue as well.

because of this previous issue, as far as i’m concerned, any data i store on ID has no integrity or reliability for my use case at least, two keystones of data storage are lacking. so i see no point in raising a support ticket.
