I tried use the plug USB-C and the NFC of the key and the app doesnt detect the key at all

This is quite interesting as I use Authy at the moment as it cloud backs up but I was looking at Yubikey myself as an added layer of security. Hope this is resolved 
Is the best invesment that yo can do,Icedrive + yubikey is amazing
