Help > About doesn’t show the version number of the recently downloaded Windows client however it’s not working with our NAS box.
I’d like to go back to previous version that did actually work.
Where to download?
Was 2.75 the last of the 2 series? Anyone got a copy? Where’s the repo???

Nope. 2.75 now not working either
“Remote folder no longer exists or is not accessible”
Going to have to find an alternative pronto. Looks like FreeFIleSync will do ‘Live Sync’ - better start testing…

Hi @cpcnw
Are you receiving any errors or notifications with the new application? Also, have you submitted a support ticket regarding this?

With both new and 2.75 - have just tried on a different pc with same result???
Remote folder no longer exists or is not accessible
I can use Windows explorer to create / edit / delete files no problem ???

@cpcnw
So with v2.75, this error meant that you were exceeding the limit of 100,000 items per sync pair. However, this issue was fixed with the new app, so we would need to see the app log to determine what is causing the “remote folder” error.
Would you mind submitting a support ticket here and attaching the app log to the ticket so that we can investigate it further?
