Hi. New to all this so if I’m in the wrong place, sorry.
I signed up for lifetime subscription a week ago. Tried to login but get the message either email or password is wrong. I’m 99.99% certain I’ve put in the correct password but triggered a Forgot password request. Entered email and “send” but nothing at all in my email as a reply. The email is definately correct as it has been used by Icedrive to contact me in the past. Any ideas what is happening would be very much appreciated. Thanks
