Overview

Linux app latest version 
Xubuntu 22.04

Issue

Just started to test out Icedrive. Installed Linux app from Snapstore today. Uploading folder from main directory seems ok but when I try to upload folder from usb or other mounted drive I get access denied no permissions message.

There is probably a very simple solution!

Unfortunately the snapp app has a lot of permissions issues and we are probably going to delist it, because it is too “sandboxed” for a cloud storage application.

The AppImage from the website should work better - Let us know

I had the same issue with the snapstore version. what was nice it was a quick install, what was bad is that it really did not work well…
I do not like the browser version as the only source. the biggest downfall to the browser is no sync. which is the primary use for icedrive for me. syncing cross platform would be great!
I would prefer a version that synced and mounted in ubuntu.
