Sync transfers persist even when Sync Pair removed and the relevant folders under Encrypted and online were deleted. Is there a queue that I need to flush?

Issue
A short while ago I created a Sync pair for one of my drives. I created a folder under Encrypted and used FreeFileSync to put the content I wanted into the appropriate folder in Encrypted. Transfers started exactly as expected but there was a lot of them and they are a low priority for me. So when the new app 3.31 arrived I thought I would stop this folder syncing and allow time for the more important folders to sync.
However I can’t stop the transfers on this folder taking place! I have removed the Sync pair, I have deleted the folder under Encrypted - it really isn’t there - and I have deleted the folder online. Yet when I run the app the Transfers window rapidly fills with transfers from this folder. The path name shown starts Encrypted/“folder name” … but Encrypted/“folder name” does not exist, and yet still the transfers flow!
Please tell me what I need to clear, clean or flush to stop this happening so my higher priority transfers can get a look in.
I have no idea where it is getting the data from or where it is sending it.
Many thanks,
Andrew
Update. I have now seen from the log that it is getting the data from the original source of the Sync Pair after having looked in Encrypted and seen that it is not there. The app seems not to be forgetting a sync pair when it is deleted.
Hello, Thank you I actually hadn’t done that. However, cache is now cleared. Clearing the cache threw the app into a very long period of contemplation at the end of which it must have shut itself down. But having just turned it back on again I find the transfers window filling up with transfers from the deleted sync pair. I’ll have a look at the log later but I think this is a ticket to be raised. Thank you again for your very sensible suggestion.
Thank you for your suggestions. I am finding it hard to find the time to experiment at the moment. However, the files I don’t want transferred are on a particular SSD. I have now tried putting that SSD offline when I start Icedrive and certainly they are not being transferred now (because that would be really impressive!) but the number of file transfers that the app claims it is doing is now so enormous that I can’t really tell what’s going on. I am just going to sit and watch it for a few nights and see what it gets up to. It certainly seems to be transferring useful files at the moment. Thanks again.
if it can be of help i see the same thing now starting to happen … files are being reuploaded and downloaded without files being deleted on the cloud ( i set it as such) seems to be caught in a loop
i let it run and see what happens i made some nbackup for safety elsewhere
