I started up loading about 3.5 Gigas of document files more than 12 hours ago. The blue circle is spinning round and shows 0% uploading. When I click on the circle it reads “Gathering Data. Please wait.” my question is “How much longer?” I’m new to this so I don’t know if it’s normal but it seems to me far too long

It wasn’t my experience of uploading as speeds were good.
I’d open a support ticket and get it checked out:
