I have enabled Auto upload and it works but ever so slow when the app is not running. It seems it is on some sort of schedule of once per 15 mins, but I could be wrong. With my other “old” cloud provider it took maybe 1 minute at most.
Is there something I am missing, can it be sped up?
Hey @Freddy the app actually does need to be open in order for it to upload correctly. Try running the app when auto-uploading and if you’re still experiencing this issue could you submit a support ticket via Login - Icedrive and a member of our dev team will be able to assist you further.

Hi @Chris, my current cloud provider’s app runs in the background for auto uploading. I like that, because images are almost instantly available in my cloud drive. Running the app before taking a snap is quite easy to forget, and not preferred.
