Currently in the web app when you search for a file you are given the file/folder name only.
It’s then up to the user to work out where the file/folder is located. The location is not shown in the search, and clicking on properties does not show the location either.
The absence of the location of what you’re looking for makes the search function unhelpful.
Hey @gentle_walk we recognise that the search function is not as optimal as it could be so we’ll certainly look at this further when we’re next updating the web app.

It is being considered along with a number of other requested improvements so am not able to provide a definitive timeframe just yet unfortunately.
Chris, is there still no answer about creating a ‘normal good’ search function? Waiting also a long time for it… WAD
