Hello, can I share the storage with a member of my family on my paid plan?
You can share your credentials with your family as it is your storage however this is something we would never recommend due to obvious security concerns for your data and is not possible to have multiple users on a single account. If they would like to create their own Icedrive accounts we do have a collaboration tool which enables you to share and collaborate set files/folders with other accounts utilising our share feature.

I’m sharing the storage with my wife. I have a paid plan, she has a free account. I created a shared folder using collaboration feature. It works, but… only at the very basic level - when we manually add files to that folder. The least we miss to be able to call it a nice, comfortable feature:
- allow to select a folder someone shared with you as a target for the mobile auto upload
- allow to move files from your own folder to a shared folder (without manual download/reupload)
Also with the current auto-upload buggy/low UX behaviour I am never sure what has been backed up and what not. There is no easy way to search for or manage duplicates. I’d love to hear these things are addressed in the new apps, but seeing how poorly the upcoming updates are communicated I don’t really know what to expect.
