Settings not maintained with update

When I updated the prior requested synch requests were no longer there and I needed to re-enter. I have been reluctant to proceed with additional updates due to this. Any suggestions?

As the new application was built from the ground up, it was not possible to carry over the existing sync pairs from v2.75 therefore they would need to be set up again. Any additional updates to the new app will not require setting them up again however.

On the display of existing sync pairs, is there a way to show for each, their existing settings?
I am interested in backup or full, and the delete or not status, on local and cloud.
