When you enable the public link, it creates a shareable URL. In the link settings, you can set a password to restrict access, meaning the public link will require a password to open.
However, when I send an email invitation to collaborators, it seems to break the password protection on the public link. Not only does this make the link no longer private, but the access level also reverts to read-only, even if it was set to read-write.
This is a significant issue. It exposes information that should only be shared with specific individuals to the public, creating a serious security flaw. Please address this to prevent the unwanted exposure of sensitive information.
