I can’t find any file on shared drives with me
Hi @fpragana Welcome to the community!
Have you clicked on the “Collaborate” option on the left navigation menu using the webapp? Once you click this you should see a “Shared with me” option.
If you have done this, would you mind contacting us via support ticket so that we are able to investigate this further?
i found colaborate menu…
the problem is in the search bar… this search not found files in colaborates shares…
The search feature will currently only search for files that reside in your personal storage, not files that have been shared with you. I will however forward this on as a suggestion to the development team to consider for a future update.
