Hello, my question is, if I have a 1 TB plan that’s paid monthly, and I want to upgrade to a 3 TB plan next month, can I change to a larger plan, or do I have to create a new account and purchase the 3 TB plan? Regards.
I think you can simply cancel your current one and on the expire date go for the new one
As @pvdb64 said, you would need to cancel your current subscription so that it does not renew ( via account settings on the web dashboard ) and then purchase the upgraded plan after the renewal date.
