For anyone else that was trying to use freefilesync with icedrive encrypted drive mounted in the past, but hit a wall due to filesize discrepancies: this now works smoothly! You’ll continue to see mismatched filesizes on anything created with 2.xx versions of the icedrive app, but anything created with 3.xx seems to match with local files. This finally opens up a great alternative to icedrive’s eternally buggy sync feature. More details in this comment: Sync only picks up if app is running when files changed - #19 by tambo .
