Hi, I’ve just started using the free storage plan to ‘try before I buy’ one of the paid options. This will be predominately for my photographs, 90% of which are either RAW or Tiff format. The RAW files are either CR2, RAF or NEF. I was hoping to be able to view thumbnails, but that doesn’t seem to be the case. Am I missing something or is that just the way it is?

Hey @Haggis thanks for reaching out. Most RAW files are now supported however I will forward your feedback onto our dev team as these particular files seem to not be included in that yet.

My Fuji X-H1 or Panasonic GX1 files aren’t yet supported. I also asked about these a while back as well as the ability to exclude certain files e.g. sidecar files from being uploaded but nothing seems to have changed yet.
Even CR3 files from Canon are not yet processed as previews
