Hi,
On windows desktop app (mounted drive), all the thumbs of pics and videos are really slow to load and show preview in explorer (more than on the web app).
Windows 11 - v2.70

I have the exact same issue. Did you find a solution?
It takes every drop of joy out of looking through old pictures 
Not really. But you have now the option in settings of the desktop icedrive win app => ‘Download thumbnails and previews’. It doesn’t change a lot for me but you can check/uncheck to see the difference. And don’t clear the cache of your thumbnails when you clean your temporary SSD or Hard drive
