Hi all, when I restore encrypted files using the Windows client I get files with the encryption time/date stamp instead of the original one. This is a major flaw and has to be corrected ASAP.
Cheers!

Are you editing Microsoft Word/Excel documents directly on a virtual drive?
Hi Chris,
No, the problem occurs when I’m trying to download files from the cloud to my PC or Android mobile. They get the current date/time but I need them to preserve the original one.
Keeping file modification date on download is not supported unfortunately. We’ll research and see what we can do in a future update. If you download via web app, then this is not technically possible however,
if you download using mobile/desktop apps, then keeping the file mod-date may be possible.
