Move folder from normal area to encryted

Hi

Is it possible to move folders from the unencryted area to the encryted area, as I seem to be having issues?

Hi @Coops Welcome to the community! Unfortunately this is not possible due to the way our encryption works. I will pass this on to the development to look into for the future.

Can I ask, can I upload video? As I received a number of error saying video not uploaded?

@Coops There are no restrictions as to uploading video files. If you are experiencing any issues with it, would you mind raising it in a support ticket? alternatively you can add it to the one you have already raised.
