yes for over an hour (or two?) now, 2nd time happens to me in these past quarter…
i hope this is something that will be improved next year

Yes, I’ve been following the progress for a bit, and it certainly looks like IcePrivacy is suffering a major outage right now.
All their servers are affected. Drive, VPN, and business pages are down.
It has been going on for over 2 hours now.
Couldn’t really have come at a worse time though.
I’m not a customer, but I’ve been eyeing out the lifetime VPN deal. And right when I went to purchase it, we ended up in this situation.
Way to impress the crowd, ay?
I don’t blame IceDrive for having some downtime, but it’s certainly not a good luck.
This, along with what else can be read in various places, really makes me question the company as a whole.

Yup. Everyone has outages from time to time. Unfortunately, it happens.
NOT everyone has unannounced outages 3x in as many months. And NOT everyone fails to respond to multiple user questions about said outages with more than “It was down, but now it’s up.”
As a longtime user, I really want to be able to refer the service to folks like you. Due to issues like this, I cannot. You seem to see clearly. I say stay away.
@Chris @JimmyB @Tom Here is yet another chance to rise to the challenge and restore your users faith in your services. Please, please, please get it together and communicate transparently and responsibly about this stuff. Your current users are begging for it and your potential future customers are running away as a result of the lack of it.
