I have searched this forum and searched Google and YouTube looking for help in setting up abnd using Icedrive to clearly do backups. To no avail. Most other programs I have used has some kind of manual and clear directions. If I’m missing something I would appreciate it if someone could point me in the right direction.
I wanted to use the program ( mostly Unattended) to back up several folders, when files were changed. This seems not to be the case. I have it setup to load Icedrive at startup and run in the background. But when I check the folder on line the updated versions ares not there. This is not helpful. If I then manually select to upload a folder via the web it will appear. This is hardly an unattended backup. Most other programs will backup what’s in the folder. I find this.a tiresome workflows since is is not at all seamless. What am I missing? I am running Windows 11. If I try to set up a new sync pair I am told I already have a pair.
I am about to abandon this program. I should have investigated it more closely before signing up.
