Incorrect Maximum Storage in app

I’ve opened a new account, installed the base app and after testing it, upgraded to a 1TB plan. The windows app is still showing a 10 GB limit and the virtual drive is limited to 10 GB as well. I’ve already tried restarting, logging out and in again a couple of time. No use.

We’re currently aware of an issue with our drive app that’s affecting the accuracy of the storage stats. Our dev team is actively working on resolving this issue. It may take around 3 to 4 days for the stats to update correctly on the app itself. In the meantime, we suggest using the web app, where the storage stats are updating correctly. We apologise for any inconvenience caused in the meantime.
