You would need to install the VD redistributable package from Microsoft.

Please can you try the following:
- close the mounted app,
- install the driver from:
https://github.com/dokan-dev/dokany/releases/download/v2.0.6.1000/Dokan_x64.msi - reboot the PC and see if the app works.
