Image viewer shows blurry picture.
I am having trouble loading a full resolution image in the web version as well as the phone app!

Yes, when it loads the full resolution picture, the icedrive app crashes.

Online previews are sometimes shown at a lower resolution when viewing an online preview to accommodate the file, especially if it is a particularly high res image/large file size. The image quality however is still retained within the file once downloaded to your device to view.
