It’s been about 3 days since my IceDrive PC stopped opening.
In fact, it appears in the task manager but doesn’t open the interface. I don’t know what to do anymore.
I’ve reinstalled it several times, even the configuration records, everything was deleted and nothing worked]
Would it be possible for you to submit a support ticket and attach the drive app log so that our development team can investigate this particular issue further?

@Tom@Chris Worse than the service not working, is having to read from customer service that I will not receive a full or proportional refund because I am unable to use the service. This is not my fault and is a failure coming from you.
