Does anyone have any idea, What’s going on, The System is down without any advance notice. The provided Tel no is also not working. tried to call them.
Our development team has now resolved the issue, its all back up and running. Regarding the Google image, that’s related to our old company. We are now based in Gibraltar but are still transitioning in the legal paperwork sense.

@Tom I appreciate you popping on here to address it and note that it’s okay now. But can you guys please do better with addressing these issues transparently? This is the second time this has happened in a month. The last time, I and other users requested an explanation of the cause and nature of the outage and any steps being taken to remedy it. Why icedrive is down continue? . That was not done and here we are again. “It was out, but it’s okay now” is not a sufficient way of addressing this kind of problem, especially for a company that offers paid data storage, especially twice in one month. I don’t think it’s unreasonable to request more information in cases like this. Please help restore some faith by getting ahead of these issues and addressing them more transparently.
