Icedrive Newbie Question

Hello everyone!

I see there are a couple of threads about “how Icedrive works” and here’s another. I hope this great community can help me. I have Icedrive loaded on my work machine and a secondary computer. I occasionally have to access files on the secondary but I notice things aren’t syncing well. Is it a timing issue? In other words, do I need to leave the secondary machine on for a while so the mounted drive there can catch up with what’s on the server? I can attest that the server has everything from the work machine.

Thank you for helping me understand the timing … or, if that’s not it, maybe someone can point me to something to check.

If you’re using the web app you may simply need to refresh the page on your second computer. If you’re using one of our native apps you may need to log out and then log back in if it does not update.
