Yeah, the lack of a heads up is worrying… Let’s hope it’s just a hiccup.
I also cannot access it via the website. However, I did just get through on the mobile app (Android).
Couldn’t access on website or iOS app for about 1.5 hours. But access was just restored as of 9:04 a.m. CST.
Apologies all for the brief downtime. Our development team quickly identified the issue and resolved it as soon as possible. Everything should now be running smoothly again.
Hello, IceDrive seems to be down now? I’m posting it in the community, because I can’t seem to find a way to submit a trouble ticket on it (for example if it’s only related to me…)
Is down is still down for me - please make a status dashboard so we can see what is going on
Same here, last days it was also slow (thought it was only me), today it ain’t working at all. Not good for cloud-files that aren’t accessible.
Seems OK now.
Maybe later today a small update from Icedrive about (root) cause?
