I’ve been having an issue with the icedrive app for android, my wifi/Internet is working just fine, the app is updated, but nothing will upload to the app, it gets stuck on 0% and never uploads anything even small files, I’ve tried clearing the cache and reinstalling the app but nothing is working

The exact same thing is happening to me. But not only that, i can’t access to any of my files and i don’t know what’s going on. I’ve already updated the app and my wifi is also fine.

It’s possible that an update has altered permissions so you may need to uninstall the Android/iOS app and then reinstall however it’s vital that you grant all necessary permissions for the app to access your device after reinstalling.
I uninstalled then reinstalled the app again and made sure to give it every possible permission I could to be safe, and it’s still not working
I did the exact same thing and it didn’t work for me either…

If you’re still experiencing issues could you submit a diagnostic log via the app by going to help and then submit diagnostic data?
