I saw an ad for the ICE VPN and it was supposedly free

yet when i visited the ICE VPN - there is no free option, even for current LIFETIME storage members

Judging by the fact it says ‘2025’ I’m thinking the deal has long expired. Wherever you saw that has not been updated with a new description.
