I don't know when the files are synced

I was working on a file on my desktop for a few hours then I shut down the computer a few hours later thinking the file should’ve been synced to the cloud. But it didn’t happen, and on my laptop now the log is repeating ReadFile on an .lnk file…

Is how the shortcuts are dealt changed? I don’t have an access to the desktop right now so I can’t look at the log on it, but this is frustrating…

The new application features a live sync feature so if you are working on a file locally, when you save said file, it should automatically update to the paired cloud folder.

To help us troubleshoot the issue further, could you confirm if this file was part of a sync pair? Additionally, was the file saved or left open when you shut down your computer? Lastly, were you working on it locally or directly via the cloud?

It was inside a folder that was a part of a sync pair.
The file saved was not left open when I shut down the computer.
I was working on it locally.

Would it be possible for you to submit a support ticket here along with attaching the applog to the ticket.
