Is there an option that makes it possible to disable automatic mounting of files in files explorer on startup? I would like to be able to mount my files and folders manually when needed. Thanks.
Are you referring to the desktop client automatically mounting the drive app if set to open on start up?
I should have mentioned that I’m using the Windows desktop client. Sorry for the confusion. And yes, I’m referring to the automatic drive app, which opens on startup.
Thanks, this is a common question and is something we’re looking at for a future update. For the moment the only way to stop this is to prevent the program from opening on start up which you can do either from your desktop client settings or Windows start up settings.
