I create sync pair-Full sync for a folder with subfolders from my PC to icedrive. When I create a new subfolder in a main folder on my computer, will the subfolder be copied to Icedrive even though it is not in the main folder? I have noticed that if the subfolders already exist on the computer and on the icedrive, if a file is added to the subfolder on the computer, it will be copied to the icedrive, but if I add a new subfolder to the main folder on the computer, it is not copied to the icedrive. Maybe it takes more time to detect the subfolder (eg 24 hours)?
You are correct this should be detected and synced in the same was as adding a new file. If you’re experiencing any issues with this please submit a support ticket via Login - Icedrive including any screenshots and drive app log to illustrate the issue.
