Downloading from the encrypted section also gives me a "streams-support-test" file

The following applies to the web version, it’s not present on Icedrive Portable:

Whenever I try to download something from my encrypted section I get two files. The file I want and a “streams-support-test.txt”. The latter always fails as well, I have to go into Download management in my browser and click on “Retry” for it to download properly. What’s up with that?

Using the web interface through Firefox (125.0.1) on Windows 11 (22631.3447).

This is something our development team will need to investigate further so could you submit a support ticket via Login - Icedrive and we’ll take it from there?

Just thought I’d follow up on this if anyone else who has this issue reads this: it seems to be Firefox related and the recommendation is to use a different browser.

The reason we recommend using Google Chrome is that our web app was specifically designed to work in conjunction with this browser. If you’re experiencing the same issue using Chrome, would you be able to submit a support ticket so that we can investigate the issue for you further?

I have no interest in using Google Chrome. I just wanted to disclose the recommendation so that if other Firefox users with the same issue found this thread they’d know.
