Deleting folder doesn't sync

I want to sync a folder 2-way. I do this steps:
1- Make a new folder in local
2- Sync it and I see the folder in cloud
3- I delete the folder from Cloud (with Android app or directly from cloud)
The Problem: I see the folder again in Cloud!

This is my setting:

But when I do the same steps with a “file”, it works perfect and the file will be deleted from local as well.
