Create New Community Category - Feature Request with Attachment options

It is not clear where to post new features and mixing it in with general discussion does not bring it to your attention so you can 1) Individual User logs it, 2) Community Users Can Mark It Agrees, 3) After 1 month, allowing time for Community Users to vote, IceDrive review, comments and prioritizes for next release, 4) IceDrive marks it complete when integrated in next release. Feature requests with less than X votes expires after 6 months. Individual User is notified feature request has expired and individual User can resubmit for Community User interest.

New Feature: When submitting content allow the User to upload the log data via an attachment icon. By DEFAULT the attachment shows as “private” and the User is prompted to confirm or change to view to “all.”

Uses:
Private → Only visible to Icedrive employees (i.e log data which contains personal file names)
All - a snapshot of the Icedrive app which shows an error message.

Good suggestion, we will look to add that

Regarding the log data etc, this should be kept private between the user and us and not public, in all honesty.

What we are going to do is allow submitting support tickets from the new desktop app directlly, which also automaticly attatches the log data, this would make things a lot more productive :slight_smile:
