Issue: As many have reported, IceDrive has become unreliable. I don’t know what’s going on, but I just lost two hours of work. I was using the Windows app and working on an Excel file. I saved frequently, as usual. After closing the file, IceDrive crashed (the icon disappeared from the taskbar), and the Excel file was gone — nothing, not even on the web. This is the third time this has happened to me on different computers. You need to take your service seriously.
