Can't open transferred iCloud files

[Hello, I transferred files containing video footage from iCloud to ice drive on my MacBook Pro and am not able to open the files. Getting this error message: The document “Ecclesiastes 7 20 Completed Video.mov(2)” could not be opened. QuickTime Player cannot open files in the “iCloud synchronization file” format. Any thoughts?]

Hey @Jloasmom .mov files are not compatible for online preview with Icedrive. We would also always recommend downloading those files onto your local device before uploading to Icedrive as our apps were not specifically designed to support cloud to cloud migration.
