Can't open Excel (or Word) files in IOS or Android apps

Hi, I am unable to open Excel or Word files in the Icedrive App, for both IOS and Android.

In the IOS app I get a message ‘An eror occured’

In the Android app I get a message ‘unable to download file’.

I am able to open Excel files stored on Icedrive on my PC. And I am able to open Excel files on both my IOS device and my Android device that are stored on Dropbox.

Any ideas?

Hey @Baggysdad our dev team are investigating an issue with our conversion server so should be resolved soon. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

This worked for a few days, but the problem has now returned.

The problem is still persisting, almost 1 year after…can someone do smth pls?

That’s a major issue for a cloud provider…

I too have this same problem. I changed phones recently and the same problem exists (meaning I installed a fresh copy of IceDrive on a new phone, same 404 issue).
IceDrive team, please help solve this. I’m a paid subscriber and like IceDrive but this is a showstopper.
