I have my login credentials saved in a password manager. Haven’t updated them. I’m able to log into the desktop apps but cannot log into web app regardless the browser I try. I keep getting an error message: “An error occurred. Please try again later (BI001).” Can someone from IceDrive let me know what this means? I’m certain I’m entering the right PW/email combination. Now I can’t even log in to get access to my files.
Hey @Abe the most common reasons why people are not able to login to their account usually include inputting the incorrect password and email combination. If you can’t remember your password you can simply click forgot password and a reset link will be sent to your email. If you change your password be sure to update your password manager accordingly.
