Icedrive has stopped syncing—totally. I am unable to open files, nor can I copy files that are on my local Icedrive. And the same for the Icedrive MyFiles on the web.
However, files in a shared folder can be accessed by others with that permission.
If I uninstalled and reinstalled Icedrive on this device and reestablished the sync pairs, would that put me back in operation or is there a better option?
What does it say about this “help community” when a simple “yes or no” question is asked and there has been no response from Icedrive and not a single reply from any member after 5 days?
I know what conclusions I have made.
I’m having the exact same issue, and I’m already fed up with it and switching to a different service like Mega. I’ve done everything that i can to possibly fix it, even done all of my research with zero luck. It left me with no other choice but to spend my money else where than here…
