I currently know how to do the following things:

@bearbot start {name-of-tutorial}

Starts an interactive tutorial just for you, in a personal message. {name-of-tutorial} can be one of: tutorial, advanced tutorial.

Still not so sure about the tutorial. I received the personal message, the only prompt there was to bookmark the message. I did that.
