Hi, great to have this community. There is one issue I encounter in the Android app, backup files is not working for me, it just freezes when I click on it. I use a workaround to backup files manually, but this feature would be handy just working out of the app. Cheers
Thanks for the feedback. We’re working on a big update for our Android app but in the meantime if you keep experiencing this issue you can submit a support ticket via Login - Icedrive and a member of our dev team will take a further look for you.
As mentioned in a few other threads this feature is actually on its way out due to new android security policy, this is what its causing the errors you are having an unfortunately its not something we can control. We have to remove it by November 2022 to comply with new google security policy
