Staff has stopped responding to people on the community forums, at this point you might be best taking legal action if you can’t get through the web portal in order to download and back up your data. You could try a ticket, but I assume you’ve already done that if you got desperate enough to come to the forums for help.
You’re overreacting. I know this because I’ve been able to access the desktop and webapp.
Icedrive is fine; just insufferably buggy as usual.
Besides that, you should’ve also saved your data to a portable drive and made multiple backups if your that worried about losing it.

You are right, I was overreacting ; due to the fact (as you mentioned) I didn’t save my data well enough.
But regarding the lack of activity, I was worried.
Now we can access, and now I can proceed extra layer of security for ease of mind ![]()
