Account has upload issues and bandwidth issues

Issue

On another ticket, #H8CZ1M2D, I’ve been trying to see why my uploads are capped at 3mb/s. I went into the web portal to delete something, deleting in the web portal is faster than deleting a folder/file in the Windows Explorer, and I found that it doesn’t say that I’ve been using any bandwidth! Yet I have uploaded and downloaded multiple files, multiple times. I would say Upload/Download bandwidth is around 600gb/500gb.

Wondering if I should reinstall?

Hey @russl monthly bandwidth allowances only apply to share link files so if you haven’t created any share links that have been previewed or downloaded no bandwidth usage will show in your web app statistics.
