Hey! I have been using IceDrive in 2020 when the url was icedrive.io
I created an account and uploaded some data.
I have tried today to connect to my old account but I couldn’t. I was able to create another account on the same email. So my account with my old data was deleted? I really want to recover it.
It’s possible that your account was removed from our system due to our 12 month inactivity policy on free accounts in which you need to sign in at least once within a 12 month consecutive period to be considered active. This only applies to free accounts however so if you had a paid account could you send an email to support@icedrive.net with details regarding your account and we can investigate for you?
