Abusive IP range

Hi, I’ve created my ice drive free account yesterday (more than 24 hours). When I try to create a public link to a folder I uploaded, I got a message “Abusive IP range”. I had created another Ice drive free account with this email before which I no longer use. Any solution or ideas to sort out the issue. Thanks in advance

New free users have a 48 hour restriction on sharing files. This should now have passed, if you continue to experience issues with creating public links, please reach out via support ticket here
