Abusive IP range detected

Getting this error message when I try to share folders with a colleague, tried from a couple of locations and same error. Any ideas?

Hey @kcrowley welcome to the community! We’ve recently introduced some additional security measures to our share file feature which may be causing the issue. If you have only just created your free account you have to wait at least 48 hours before you can create share file links.

Thanks Chris but I created the account over a week ago, just to trial for team collaboration - we are considering getting the 10TB lifetime package.

Would you be able to create a support ticket via Login - Icedrive and I’ll forward onto our dev team to investigate for you. If you do decide to purchase one of our plans you shouldn’t encounter this error with our paid plans anyway as it was established to protect against bots and malicious actors abusing our share links. We also have a 14 day cooling off period in which you can request a full refund if our service doesn’t meet your requirements.

I guess this bug still exists (since Dec '22) because I’m facing exactly the same issue. I’ve opened a ticket LYZD9ZIG.
