Unable to share Public Link
[Hi , it has been 2 days more than 48 hours but i still cannot share a public link of a file . still promting " Abusive IP Range Detected " . I need to test this function before getting a plan . can you please fix this . Thanks in Advance . Have a good day . !]
Hey @euphie.harper we have an internal security measure in place to protect our share network and users from being abused by malicious actors and bots. The most common reasons for receiving this message would be that your IP has been detected as having previously been used by bots or perhaps using a VPN. This particular measure doesn’t feature with our paid plans however so would recommend testing out share files via a paid plan. You can always request a refund within 14 days if the service doesn’t meet your needs.
