Aborted File Upload; File Deleted Out of Local Folder

A upload was in process, but I decided to abort the upload. The upload aborted without any issues but the single file is no longer in my local folder. It appears the Icedrive App deleted it? There appears to be a file at the remote cloud location, but I suspect it is not a full file since I aborted the upload.

To avoid assumptions, is “Full Synch” in both directions versus “Backup” is just one way?

My settings are:

  • Sync - Full Sync
  • Deletion Policy (Local) - Do Not Delete
  • Deletion Policy (Remote) - Delete

Where can I find the logs to confirm if the Windows 10 Icedrive App deleted my file?

You can access the drive app log via the following pathway;

C:\Users%username%\AppData\Roaming\Icedrive\logdata.txt

I can see in the log it registered I aborted the upload.

Not sure what all of the create new folder logs are?

There is no reference to delete other than settings:
